WHAT IS THE STAFF DETAILS PAGE
This page is your main management page of your staff and their details. On this page, you are able to make modifications to their positions, pay rates, birthdate and start dates.
Here, you are also able to see the staff members working hours, approximate wage costs and most importantly, the TARGETS you have set for them.
EDITING STAFF DETAILS
To get to your STAFF DETAILS page, click on Staff Details > Staff > click on the Staff Member's Card
This will take you to the Staff Details page, for that staff member.
On this page, you are able to modify the staff member's:
- Date of Birth
- Start Date
- Position/s
- Monday - Friday Pay Rate
- Saturday Pay Rate
- Sunday Pay Rate
Also, on this page, you are able to enter in the working dates of your staff member, and see how many hours they have worked, as well as the targets you have set for them.
If you haven't already, you will need to add your staff working hours into the WAGES area of Insightful Sums.
To enter the dates you wish to view, click on the dates field and select the to and from dates on the pop up calendar. You are able to select dates from as short as a single day, to as long as you wish
Once you have entered your to and from dates, it will populate the window below the date selection field. It will look something similar to this, where you can see your staff member's estimated Total Wage and working hours for the time period.
Under this section, you will also be able to see the TARGETS you set up earlier, showing what the targets are for the day and for the overall time period that you have nominated.
