DELETING A STAFF MEMBER

Part of managing a busy salon is also managing your staff. You are able to edit your staff member's details while also being able to delete them from your account. There is some important information at the end of this guide so make sure to read it thoroughly before taking the next step.

Deleting Staff Member by insightfulsums

DELETING A STAFF MEMBER

1. 1 Click on Staff Details
2. 2 Click on Staff
3. 3 Search for the Staff Member that you wish to remove

4 Click on the Trash Can icon

5 A popup screen will appear

6Select whether to delete the staff wages data or not

7Make sure to type "DELETE" exactly the way it is shown in the screenshot

8Finally, click on the DELETE STAFF MEMBER button to delete this staff member

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

By choosing to delete staff wages when deleting a staff member, this will permanently delete their wages from Insightful Sums. By deleting their staff wages, this will affect historical information and affect the information that is collected on the overview page 

When deleting a staff member, this will permanently delete the staff member from your database. This means that it is unable to be recovered or restored if you change your mind. The Insightful Sums team are also unable to recover this for you
