Insightful Sums uses tours throughout the software to make it super easy for you to learn our software and to make sure that you are setting your account up as comprehensively as possible to make sure you're pricing your services, to make a profit!
Recommended Browser
Insightful Sums has been extensively tested in the Google Chrome web browser. This is our preferred and recommended web browser. If you are experiencing page loading issues, we do recommend downloading, installing and using Google Chrome.

Tour not showing
We have added a tour to (almost) every page of Insightful Sums, to make it incredibly easy to understand how to use our software and to make sure you are setting your account up correctly.
When you click on the tour button, the tour should start within a few seconds (if not instantly)!
If you are seeing that the tour is not starting, we recommend that you refresh the page or try starting a tour on another page.
Known reasons for tours not showing
Over our time, we have found a few causes that may not allow the tour to start:
- Using a VPN (Virtual Private Network)
- Using the web browser in an "Incognito window"
- Connecting to the internet through a private server
- Using Ad-Blockers
