Troubleshooting - Insightful Sums is not loading

Technology is a very wonderful but very complicated thing at times. What happens when it is not loading correctly?

WHAT DO WE COVER:




There are times where Insightful Sums may not load correctly, or at all. While we have taken all the steps we possibly can to keep you up and running, there are some things that are completely out of our control. Here are some steps you if find out that Insightful Sums is not loading correctly or at all, for you. 




Insightful Sums has been extensively tested in the Google Chrome web browser. This is our preferred and recommended web browser. If you are experiencing page loading issues, we do recommend downloading, installing and using Google Chrome.

Clearing your Cache


Like all technology, there are times that simply clearing your cache is the best first step. Here are a few Help Guides from the popular web browsers, with steps to clearing your cache




Restarting your computer


This one is pretty straight forward. You may have multiple web browsers open or even multiple applications that is making your internet a little slow. Resetting your computer may be the simplest and easiest way to get up and running again with Insightful Sums



Restarting your modem


While this sounds a little odd, your modem may be storing some data which can limit webpages from displaying correctly or even displaying at all. 


Restarting your modem is very easy. Simply power it down, count to ten and then turn the power back on. After a few minutes, your internet will be restored and away you go. 



These are not fool proof or a full and extensive list of ways to fix Insightful Sums loading errors, however these will be the steps that our Support Team will need to be completed before being able to look further into any technical issues that you are having.
