WHAT IS MARKETING

The MY ACCOUNT page is where you can find your Marketing Options in Insightful Sums. By default, these options are selected as on, so that you get all the of the most important information from Insightful Sums.

To get to your MY ACCOUNT page, click on the Person Contact Card > My Account

This will take you through to your MY ACCOUNT page.

UPDATING MARKETING

We want you to be in full control of the information that we send you, so you only get the most important information that relates to what you want and need to know

ALLOW EMAIL MARKETING

Email Marketing with Insightful Sums refers to email communications about new features that we are working on, soon to release and anything else to do with the Insightful Sums software itself. 

We do recommend leaving this toggled on, so you do not miss out any any of the new and exciting things happening with Insightful Sums.

ALLOW SMS MARKETING

SMS Marketing in Insightful Sums, is another way we would like to keep in contact with you. Just like our Email Marketing option, SMS Marketing is used to announce what we are working on, soon to release and anything else to do with the Insightful Sums software itself. 

We do recommend leaving this toggled on, so you do not miss out any any of the new and exciting things happening with Insightful Sums.

ALLOW REMINDER EMAILS

Reminder Emails is one of the more exciting emails you will receive from Insightful Sums. Reminder Emails are sent to the account holder, reminding them of: 

• Staff Birthdays 
• Staff Anniversaries
• Your Anniversary with Insightful Sums 
• Changes to Pay Rates
• Changes to Superannuation Rates
• any important changes that could potentially affect the way your salon operates

Most importantly, these Reminder Emails will remind you to log in (when we haven't seen you for a while) and update your data. The more you keep your Insightful Sums account up to date, the more insights and control you will have over your salon

We do recommend leaving this toggled on, so you do not miss out any any of the new and exciting things happening with Insightful Sums.

We respect your decision and options when it comes to the contact that you receive from Insightful Sums. While we recommend that you do not change these settings, for the best possible user experience, we respect your choice and understand if you wish to switch these off.
