WHAT IS YOUR DATA

Under the MY ACCOUNT page of Insightful Sums, we have given you full control over the data that is stored within our Software. We believe that your data is for you to control. 

MY ACCOUNT

To get to your MY ACCOUNT page, click on the Person Contact Card > My Account

This will take you through to your MY ACCOUNT page.

DELETING YOUR DATA

We want you to be in full control of the data that you have saved within Insightful Sums. There could be a number of reasons why you want to delete some, or all of your data from Insightful Sums...

• Wanting to start fresh
• Setting up a new business
• Handing over your account to another person
• Cancelling your account
• Simply made some mistakes

You have the option to delete all or some of your data stored in Insightful Sums. To delete your data click on the DELETE YOUR DATA button, on the MY ACCOUNT page.

Once you click this button, a pop-up window will open up. In this window, there are toggles against each area of data, that is stored in Insightful Sums, relating to your salon. 

Each section will relate to the data that is contained within a page or section of a page in Insightful Sums. 

By default, the toggles for each area is set to OFF. You need to manually go through and toggle each area of information that you wish to have deleted. 

Once you have toggled each area that you wish to delete from Insightful Sums, you will then need to type the word DELETE into the text field at the bottom of the pop-up. The word DELETE needs to be typed exactly the same as the way it is shown on the pop-up window.

Now that you have typed the word DELETE correctly into the text field, you will see the DELETE MY DATA button is now visible. To complete the deletion of your data, simply click on the button. 

Whenever you delete your data in Insightful Sums, it will be deleted permanently and cannot be retrieved, even by us.
