WHAT IS TARGETS

Targets in Insightful Sums is a quick and easy way to set your Staff and Business Targets. No more calculators, spreadsheets or paper trails trying to keep up with everything. 

GETTING STARTED

To get to your TARGETS page, click on Setup > Targets

You are able to set a number of different targets, both for your staff members and for your salon itself. 

BUSINESS TARGETS

Under BUSINESS TARGETS you are able to set 3 x PERCENTAGE based targets and 3 x INCOME TOTALS based Targets

Once you add in your targets, the details from your FINANCES PAGE and BUSINESS DETAILS PAGE and will create your Business Targets, based on the hours that your salon is open, each day of the week. 

You will find your BUSINESS TARGETS on the OVERVIEW Page

STAFF TARGETS

The next area that you can fill in, is your STAFF TARGETS section.

Under your Staff Targets section. you are able to create 3 x PERCENTAGE based targets and 3 x Multiplied By based Targets

PERCENTAGE TARGETS use the STAFF WAGES and adds the additional percentage amount on top of their daily/weekly costs. For example, if a staff members costs your salon $1000 for the week and your target is set to 10%, their target for the same time period is $1100.

WAGES MULTIPLIED BY...uses the STAFF WAGES and multiplies their wage by the number that you enter into these fields. For example, if the staff member costs your salon $1000 for the week and this target is set to 3, their target for the week will be $3000

Once this is set up, you can find your Staff Targets under Staff > Staff Details >Click on the Staff Member's profile > Select the working dates

To view your Staff Targets, you first need to add your STAFF WAGES for the day/week/month etc, before they will show in under the Staff Member's Profile
