WHAT IS THE SURCHARGE CALCULATOR

The Surcharge Calculator is a quick way to calculate how much extra you should charge on an appointment to accommodate any additional fees that you pass onto your customers. If you on-charge your terminal fees, simply do a quick calculation to work out the new appointment amount.

USING THE SURCHARGE CALCULATOR

1 Click on Services

2 Click on Fees and Surcharges

3 Add the total cost of the appointment

4 Enter the Surcharge Rate Percentage that you want to calculate 

5 Finally, enter any Additional Fees that are charged with your Transaction Rate 

Once you have added all these details, you will see the Total Surcharge based on Surcharge Rate and Additional Fees that you have entered

You will also be able to see the Cost After Surcharges, which is the Appointment Cost minus the Total Surcharge.
